Site Access
Client must ensure site access supports 25+ ton vehicles. KRH is not liable for structural damage to insufficient site roads or underground utilities.
Technical Compliance
Manual addition of water on-site voids all NABL certifications and strength guarantees. All site modifications are logged via GPS sensor data.

Detention & Unloading
Standard unloading window is 30 minutes per 6m³ mixer. Exceeding this limit results in detention charges of ₹2,500 per hour.

Quality Dispute Protocol
Disputes regarding concrete strength must be supported by IS 456 compliant cube tests sampled at the discharge chute by NABL certified labs.

Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All legal proceedings are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
